Who is the programme for?

The programme is open to people aged 18–25 who work under a contract with an Intraservis Group company and are studying or starting their education at a verified school or higher education institution in Poland.

You can apply whether you are looking for work or already working with Intraservis Group. You do not need to have chosen a school yet — if you are planning to start studying, we can help you explore the available options.

What do you receive as a participant?

We add PLN 3.00 gross to your contractual base rate for every hour of work included in your pay calculation during your participation in the programme. This supplement also applies when your base rate is higher than the minimum rate.

For example, if your base rate is PLN 35.00 gross per hour, your rate as a participant will be PLN 38.00 gross. Gross pay may equal net pay if the relevant contract and payment qualify for exemptions from social security contributions and personal income tax (PIT). We check the applicable conditions individually.

We also help with the documents required for your studies and participation in the programme, and pay the premium for personal accident insurance, known in Poland as NNW. Coverage is subject to the terms of the policy.

How can you combine work and study?

If you are already studying, tell us the name of your school or higher education institution so we can check whether you can participate while studying there. If you are still choosing a course, ask your recruiter about the options currently available and their entry requirements.

Before making a decision, you will receive the details of the specific job offer: duties, contract type, pay rate and work schedule. Compare these with your class timetable, travel arrangements and the institution’s requirements. Participation in the programme involves fulfilling your study obligations. The educational institution sets its own admission, attendance and examination requirements.

How are tuition fees paid?

You are responsible for the cost of tuition. Intraservis Group pays the educational institution on your behalf, and you then reimburse the exact amount paid — with no markup.

You will be informed of the tuition fees, payment dates and settlement arrangements before any payments are made. Any deduction from your pay requires a separate agreement and reduces the amount transferred to your account.

The programme does not include free accommodation, a housing allowance, travel reimbursement or a holiday bonus. Any additional benefits available with a particular job offer are described separately.

Every participant creates an account on studiujepracuje.pl. Creating an account does not, by itself, mean acceptance into the programme. We confirm participation and the conditions for receiving the pay supplement after verification. For foreign nationals, we separately verify lawful residence and the right to work.
