Terms and Conditions

Studiujepracuje.pl is an Intraservis Group programme for people who are at least 18 and under 26 years of age, including both Polish citizens and foreign nationals. The programme enables participants to combine work under a contract with an Intraservis Group company with starting or continuing their education at a verified school or higher education institution in Poland.

The programme aims to support the professional and educational development of people working with Intraservis Group and new applicants through a pay supplement, assistance with paperwork, tuition payment administration and personal accident insurance (NNW). Participation is voluntary.

Eligibility requirements

To join the programme, applicants must:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old and no older than 25.
  2. Express their interest in participating and create an account at studiujepracuje.pl.
  3. Start or continue working under a contract with an Intraservis Group company.
  4. Start or continue studying at a verified school or higher education institution in Poland. Applicants may submit their current institution for verification or request assistance in choosing an available school or higher education institution.
  5. Accept the conditions of participation and enter into a separate agreement governing tuition payments and reimbursement, where this service applies.
  6. Provide the documents required to confirm eligibility and admission to the selected educational institution.

Depending on the applicant’s circumstances and the institution’s requirements, the following documents are required:

  • a school application form, completed and signed in all required places;
  • a secondary school completion certificate — for admission to a post-secondary school;
  • a school-leaving examination certificate (świadectwo dojrzałości) or an equivalent document granting access to higher education — for admission to a higher education programme;
  • current proof of enrolment — if the applicant is already studying;
  • information on tuition fees and the payment schedule — where tuition fees apply;
  • a personal accident insurance (NNW) application form.

Requirements concerning translations of foreign documents and the acceptance of alternative documents are agreed individually with the institution. Applicants must arrange how to submit their documents with their recruiter or coordinator.

Rules of participation

  1. Admission to the programme follows verification of eligibility and the required documents. Creating an account or submitting an application does not, by itself, constitute acceptance into the programme. The participation start date and the date from which the pay supplement accrues are confirmed to the participant in accordance with the documents governing the working relationship.
  2. The participant performs work under the terms of their contract with an Intraservis Group company. The contract type, duties, base rate, work schedule and number of hours are determined by the specific contract.
  3. Throughout their participation, the participant must continue studying and fulfil the obligations set by their school or higher education institution, including attendance, course assessment and examination requirements. The work schedule should allow the participant to fulfil these obligations.
  4. The participant receives a supplement of PLN 3.00 gross for every hour of work included in their pay calculation during participation in the programme. The supplement is added to the base rate under the relevant contract, including where the base rate exceeds the minimum rate. If the stated participant rate already includes the supplement, it is not added again.
  5. Gross pay may equal net pay only where the relevant contract and payment meet the conditions for exemption from social insurance contributions and personal income tax (PIT). PIT relief for people under 26 is subject to an annual limit of PLN 85,528, taking into account the rules on combining tax exemptions. Pupil or student status alone does not exempt a person working under an employment contract (umowa o pracę) from insurance contributions. The applicable payroll conditions are verified individually.
  6. The participant bears the cost of tuition. Under a separate agreement, the relevant Intraservis Group company pays tuition on the participant’s behalf, according to the agreed schedule, directly into the school’s or higher education institution’s bank account.
  7. The participant reimburses the exact amount actually paid to the institution. Reimbursement is on a one-to-one basis, with no markup. The participant is informed of the fees, payment deadlines and settlement arrangements before payments are made.
  8. Deducting tuition fees from pay requires a separate written agreement and compliance with the rules protecting remuneration that apply to the relevant contract. The participant receives information on the amount of the deduction and the settlement period. Tuition deductions reduce the amount of pay transferred to the participant.
  9. The programme provides administrative assistance with preparing documents relating to education and participation. Admission decisions are made by the school or higher education institution in accordance with its requirements.
  10. The Organiser pays the participant’s personal accident insurance premium (NNW). The scope of cover, insurance period and exclusions are governed by the policy terms made available to the participant.
  11. Accommodation, travel arrangements and any additional benefits are governed by the specific job offer or a separate agreement. Participation in the programme does not automatically entitle the participant to these benefits.
  12. The participant must provide current proof of enrolment upon the Organiser’s reasonable request and promptly report the completion or discontinuation of studies, removal from the institution’s enrolment register or a change of institution.
  13. Participation ends, including where the participant chooses to withdraw, and tuition payments already made are settled in accordance with the participation documents and the separate agreement governing fees. The supplement remains payable for hours included in the pay calculation for the period during which the participant met the programme’s conditions. Participation ends when the participant turns 26 or ceases to meet the other eligibility requirements.
  14. For foreign nationals, lawful residence and the right to work are verified separately. Enrolment in a school or participation in the programme does not automatically grant the right to work without a work permit.
