Study direction description

Software development is a unique educational offer created by universities in Wrocław. It was dedicated to students who would like to connect their professional future with the IT sector not only in Poland, but also internationally. Classes will be held in English.

In practice, this means that you should be fluent in it - it will allow you to develop your industry vocabulary. In addition, you will find in the program grid such items as: creation and administration of cloud-based appliactions, or services and development platforms for cloud-based appliactions. During all semesters of education you will learn, among other things, how to apply the principles of algorithmics and data structures.

You will gain programming skills in Java and Python

You will learn about different architecture models for cloud applications (e.g. microservice, serverless, reactive architectures)

You will learn application programming, object-oriented programming and programming of iOT Internet of Things devices

You will learn how to create graphics for computer games

You will learn to operate computer networks and server operating systems

You will apply the principles of algorithmics and data structures
