We are inviting students to apply for a role in order fulfilment in Stryków (Łódź Voivodeship). The e-commerce warehouse is owned by a large company that serves Asian online retailers, such as Temu and similar platforms.

Type of сontract

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• picking orders for customers;
• checking the quality of merchandise;
• unpacking incoming containers;
• operating a warehouse scanner.

Working conditions

• the e-commerce warehouse stocks items of various weights and sizes: mostly small items weighing up to 1 kg, but some weigh up to 10 kg;
• half the time is spent working standing up, and half sitting down (50% / 50%).

Requirements

• ability to use a scanner;
• willingness to perform physical labor;
• willingness to work shifts.

Salary

Hourly rate: 34,40 PLN/hour net, 5770–8256 PLN/month net.

One-off bonus of 500 PLN.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work in a 2-shift system, 10-12 hours per day:

• 1st shift: 6:00–16:30
• 2nd shift: 18:00–4:30

Approximately 168–240 hours per month.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation is provided. The cost is 650–750 PLN per month (depending on the location) plus utility charges. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is payable upon moving in and will be returned at the end of employment. There is a 200 PLN fee for commuting from Łódź via company transport, or a 150 PLN allowance for using your own transport.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• assistance with obtaining a sanitary and epidemiological certificate;
• health and safety training (PLN 100 reimbursed after one month of work);
• we provide protective footwear and a vest (PLN 150 reimbursed after one month of work).

Additional information

• the facility has a canteen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and food and beverage vending machines;
• a locker for personal belongings is provided.
