We are inviting students to work at a modern facility in Sterna (Opole Province)—maintaining equipment used for the production and cutting of foam (up to 2 m in length).

• Civil-law contract – Umowa zlecenie.

Job Description

• operating equipment for cutting and packaging foam blocks up to 2 m long;
• quality control (tolerance of 2–3 mm);
• transporting large foam elements from the warehouse to the cutting shop on large carts (40–200 kg, working in pairs or as part of a team);
• warehouse tasks: order picking, loading and unloading, manufacturing OSB panels, packaging, and labeling;
• maintaining order in the workplace and common areas.

Working conditions

• the temperature inside is about +15°C, and the doors are often open;
• moderate noise, louder in the cutting department;
• smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Requirements

• a desire to work and learn;
• basic math skills.

Salary

Hourly rate: 34,40 PLN/hour net, 5779–6880 PLN/month net.

Performance bonus from the production manager possible.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Employee Referral Bonus – 500 PLN*

Work schedule

Two shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
When there is a higher volume of orders, a single 10-hour shift (6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) may be introduced.
Overtime available for those interested.
Average 168–200 hours per month.

Accommodation

Accommodation available near the workplace, in 2–3 person rooms. Monthly cost: 750 PLN plus utilities. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is payable upon moving in and will be returned at the end of employment.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up:

• Protective clothing (PPE) and medical examination are free after completing one full month of work. If the employee does not complete a full month, the cost of medical check-up and workwear is 300 PLN.
