We invite students to work, with full training provided, at a modern plant machining metal and plastics on CNC machines in Gdańsk (Pomeranian Voivodeship) - a great opportunity to learn a new profession.

Job Description

Initial training lasts no more than 2 months, and starting with the 8th shift, you can operate the machine independently.

• Operating CNC machines (after training, under the supervision of experienced operators);
• Loading workpieces into the machine;
• Entering and adjusting machining parameters on the machine’s computer;
• Removing finished metal parts (3–8 kg) and packing them into boxes;
• Maintaining order in the workplace.

Requirements

• interest in the job and a responsible approach;
• teamwork skills;
• eagerness to learn new things;
• readiness to work shifts (including night shifts);
• communicative Polish is desirable (initial training is run by a Polish-speaking foreman);
• a visa valid for at least 3 months;
• experience as a CNC operator is welcome;
• normal eyesight.

Salary

Hourly rate: 34,84 PLN/hour, 5850 - 8360PLN/month.

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Two-shift system:

• Shift I: 6:00–18:00
• Shift II: 18:00–6:00

Work schedule 2/2:

• 2 shifts 6:00–18:00
• 2 days off
• 2 shifts 18:00–6:00

Accommodation

Accommodation with all amenities is provided in Gdynia, in rooms for 2 people. Shops nearby: Żabka - 100 m, Biedronka - 650 m, Lidl - 800 m.

Cost: 750 zł per month + utilities. Upon moving in, the candidate pays a 200 zł deposit, which is returned at the end of employment.

The commute takes up to 30 minutes: 800 m to the stop, up to 20 minutes by train from Gdynia Karwiny station to Port Lotniczy (Airport) station, then 400 m to the plant.
