Student job opportunity at a warehouse in Goleniów, Poland: a popular online clothing and accessories store is hiring order packers for its modern warehouse.

Job Description

• sorting and quality control of products;
• preparing goods for shipment and entering them into the warehouse system;
• maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
• repackaging returned items (clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc.) according to client standards;
• picking and preparing products for shipment;
• sorting, packing, unpacking, and labeling items according to set procedures.

Working conditions

• work is done standing and on the move — an employee walks about 8 km per day;
• the work is divided into 3 sectors: pick, pack and return;
• special attention is paid to workplace safety.

Requirements

• good communication skills;
• good physical condition.

Salary

Rate 34,40 PLN net/hour, 6120-8600 PLN/month.

+6 PLN net per hour worked for transporting employees from Szczecin in your own car (full car).

Salary is paid in a single payment.

Work schedule

Work is organized in 2 shifts: a day shift from 6:00 to 18:00 and a night shift from 18:00 to 04:00. Shifts rotate every 5 days, with 2 days off between work cycles (a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern). The working week may be 5, 6 or 7 days, and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are working days. A 12-hour shift includes a 40-minute break, and in hot weather there is an extra 10-minute rest. This adds up to 178–250 hours per month.

Accommodation and transport

Comfortable, fully equipped accommodation in 2–3 person rooms. Cost: 750 PLN per month plus utilities. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is payable upon moving in and will be returned at the end of employment.

Free municipal transport in Goleniów (Mon–Fri). Company transport on weekends and at night – 20 PLN/month.

Documents and Legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation (residence cards, etc.).
• Free preparation of employment documents.

Workwear and medical check-up

• free black leggings or trousers, black T-shirt, and safety shoes;
• required own black clothing (no-pocket leggings or trousers + T-shirt).
